The developer is responsible for preparing application specifications, writing program modules, unit testing, database design and application documentation. Must communicate progress on a regular basis to the Project Manager, team members and technical staff.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
•Minimum of four (4) years experience developing and maintaining applications in Visual Baic.Net environment under Windows 2000/XP.
•Minimum of four (4) years experience developing Windows .NET applications using COM/COM+ objects.
•Must posess strong Object Oriented concepts and demonstrate a working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and SQL.
•Minimum of four (4) years experience developing and maintaining applications in PowerBuilder environment.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
•Experience with Remoting, Web Services and Citrix.
