Position : Project Manager
Extensive knowledge and minimum 9 to12 years of solid experience in ERP,CRM & Open source/Java Technologies specifically . LAMP, Perl, Python, Java/J2EE and J2ME.
Extensive knowledge of Intranet and Web based application development with minimum 9 - 12 years of continuous hand-on experience. Looking for Document Management, Application Development, Portal development, CRM, ERP & Integrated Solutions, PHP, My SQL, Linux, Apache, CSS, HTML/DHTML, Java/J2EE,EJB,JSP,Struts,J2ME,JavaScript/DOM/AJAX,Hibernate,SOAP, XML,Web2.0, Flash/Action script.
Key Skills :
PHP, CakePHP, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Symphony, Wordpress, CSS, and JavaScript, VirtueMart, Zencart, OsCommerce
Implementation of Bank, Credit card, Debit Card, Online Banking Integration, Shopping cart, PayPal Integration for all Content Management Systems mentioned above.
Required Skills/Background:
1. 5-6 years in Practice/Project Management, Pre-sales, solutions or delivery role in established Microsoft Technologies.
2. Should have Extensive experience in managing PMO processes including establishing and monitoring adherence to standards for project management methodologies, systems and best practices & Software development process (including documentation, guidance and metrics).
3. Should have extensive work experience in Opensource / Java Technologies (LAMP,JAVA/J2EE, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, XML) & Framework Design.
4. Strong Team Orientation and Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Subject matter expert in CRM, ERP & Integrated Solutions and should have experience in these domains BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, eLearning and eGovernance.
6. Strong leadership capabilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams across geographically dispersed sites.
7. Should Provide end-to-end technical guidance in developing and implementing solution
8. Experience in Application Architect & Business skills.
9. PMP Certification is Required (Mandatory).
10. Ability/willingness to travel internationally.
