Job Description: Training Director – CoE
Location: Hyderabad, India.
Manage overall JDA training activities for the CoE (India region) including internal associate training and alliance partner training. Match JDA business needs with the training programs to support them. Integrate and align CoE training programs with JDA Education Services global programs and strategies. Manage JDA Education Services associates based in India.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with CoE Leadership Team to understand expected talent demand, hiring plans to meet demand and coordinates education offerings to ready associates with proper knowledge and skills.
Coordinates and maintains formal education program for all JDA CoE associates in all locations. This program includes, induction training, solution specific training, team specific training and on-the-job measurement and appraisal mechanisms.
Collaborates with all JDA subject matter experts to ensure the overall JDA message is consistent
Consults with customers (both internal and external) in education strategy and planning
Directs content development process and communicates published content to appropriate associates and other stakeholders
Leads effort on new products and/or new releases and leads development of education strategy and materials
Leads special initiatives as needed such as bootcamps and ad-hoc training.
Manages customer (both internal and external) relationships and ensures ongoing successful partnership
Implements methods and systems to track key statistics and reports aggregate information at regular intervals.
Oversees the project planning and prioritization process and reports ROI projections
Promotes consistency and collaboration for content standards and publishing across multiple products
Promotes cross-functional teamwork in knowledge sharing and learning
Provides leadership to education services team members
Represents Education Services at a Corporate Level and manages internal relationships to facilitate collaboration
Seeks opportunities to share expertise to support others in developing and delivering content for ILT, e-learning, white papers and corporate presentations
Sets and monitors goals for their areas of responsibility
Skills Required:

Overall business acumen and leadership maturity
Ability to collaborate effectively with other JDA organizations and leadership to achieve goals
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Experience in training methodologies and course content development
General product knowledge (JDA and/or i2) as well as general supply chain knowledge
Other:
Position requires travel between JDA’s Bangalore and Hyderabad offices.
Position reports to global Education Services / Talent Management leader based in the US with a dotted-line reporting to CoE Leadership.
