We are an Executive Search firm and are into HR Services Industry. We cater to Fortune-500 MNC & highly reputed Indian conglomerates for various niche level assignments.

Our Client is aamong the top companies in the Corporate sector and the undisputed leader in turnkey illumination projects and high mast lighting system. They market a wide range of General Lighting Service (GLS) filament lamps, Fluorescent tube lights (FTL), Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL), miniature lamps and special purpose lamps, LED torches, LED deco lamps.

Our client is in the process of strengthening their Marketing Team in Mumbai and are recuiting Business Development Executives for their Lighting.The desired profile is mentioned below.

Job profile:

Handling the overall Sales & Marketing in assigned region managing network of channel partners, dealers, retailers and contractors
Conducting detailed market research and feasibility study to analyze the latest market trends and track the competitor’s activities thereby provide valuable inputs to streamline the marketing strategies
Maintain & Establish business relations with clients & external associates for securing repeat business & long term loyalty and work towards solving their queries and complaints efficiently
Responsible for Tender participation for new contracts in various municipalities and other government organizations
Liaising with architects to understand client specific requirements and giving customized product presentations
Institutional Sales / Gov. Offices / Generate Orders
.Ensure continued business & maximization of available resources and to send reports as per the required formats

Key Activities :

To take care of competition activities
To manage customers expectations
To convince the trade to sell the brand
To manage the accounts/ schemes and service related issues of the trade.

Qualifications : GRADUATE + MBA
Experience : 2-4 Yrs (Preferably from Lighting Industry)
Salary : Will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Job Location : Mumbai
