London based specialist full-service communications agency, is looking for a talented Senior Flash Actionscript Developer to work in a small but rapidly expanding team.
This is an opportunity to be a key part of shaping and driving forward the development of the digital capabilities within a full service agency. Working alongside the digital director and team, this is an opportunity to put your stamp on an exponentially growing area, working for sector leading clients.
The role will involve working with creative, planning, strategy and media teams to create Flash projects that include rich media advertising. Creative and technical consultancy will be required through each stage of all projects and when needed, provide consultative input regarding enhancements using Flash and related technologies across the agency.
The successful candidate will need a number of years experience in a creative agency and offer the following,
- Strong portfolio of Flash-based work
- Expert level Actionscript programming
- Experience with AS2, AS3 and OOP
- Expert knowledge of Flash compression techniques and file structuring practices
- Expert knowledge of Flash animation techniques
- Expert with use of video within Flash, and manipulation/enhancement
- Expert knowledge of encoding audio and video within Flash
- Extensive experience of Rich media serving platforms
- Proficient with Aftereffects/Photoshop/Illustrator/Fireworks
- Experience with HTML/Javascript/XML
