Location : Bangalore
Experience : 7 to 12 Yrs post Qualification for AGM
Qualification : CA with SAP Implementation back ground preferred. Should have experience in Project Accounting.
Industry : Infrastructure background companies / Manufacturing / Service Industries
Reporting to : General Manager- Finance & Accounts
Responsibilities: Will handle
Financial Services: Reviews, valuations, private placement services, financial projections, cash flow analysis, working capital management
Accounting: Preparation of financial accounts in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards, in compliance with Company Law and Income Tax Act
Business Finance:-
1. Cash flow preparation
2. Financials preparation (both quarterly and annually)
3. Preparation of Monthly MIS
4. Preparation for Board meetings (financials etc)
5. Analysis of various expenses, advances etc
6. Working capital management (Both fund based and non fund based with consortium bankers)
7. Fixed asset accounting, maintenance
8. Application of various laws on day to day activities (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Company Law etc)
9. Servicing foreign currency debts
