Primary Responsibilities –
1. Identify & target set of accounts to be focused under government vertical along with a team of KAMs.
2. Envision upcoming opportunities for new - account acquisition.
3. Ensure the achievement of assigned sales / revenue targets through effective sales strategy implementation for all product lines.
4. Monitor team relationship building activities with internal & external key customers, govt.industry expert’s veterans, regulatory authorities, etc.for Govt.vertical.
5. Identify appropriate mix of products required for large / complex Govt.accounts to enable development of an innovative, customized & effective solution, meeting all customer needs.
6. Ensure Total Customer Satisfaction and defect free service delivery on agreed SLAs.
7. Ensure team motivation & development through regular trainings & updation on new upcoming telecom solutions.
Experience –
10-18 Years in Sales in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, IT System Integration
Experience in handling large accounts
Knowledge of IT and Telecom
Technology savvy and updated with latest trends in Broadband and Telecom.
Qualification –
B.E. / B.Tech / MBA only
